Today we released Beta 10 of SciPlore MindMapping. There are no new features but SciPlore MindMapping should run now smoothly with Linux and MacOS. I guess, there will be still some problems but you certainly will tell us if that’s the case (at least I hope so)

Would you mind providing the instructions to install Sciplore in Ubuntu 10.04.
I think it is something very usefull.
Please have a look at our FAQ http://www.sciplore.org/software/sciplore_mindmapping/manual/en/#faq there is some information for Ubuntu 9.10 but it should work with Ubuntu 10.04 too. Since the latest version (Beta 10) SciPlore MindMapping should run anyway on any Linux version. If you experience any specific problems please contact us via email.
Can you please provide installation instructions???
your link is useless: “Linux
If you are experiencing difficulties in starting the software you may try running “/lib/freemind.jar”. FreeMind’s special help page for Linux might also be useful for you.”
please contact us via email and tell us what exactly is not working and which linux you are using
